Good experience, but what I was told the problem was, ended up not being the problem. I was given an estimated cost for the repair in the amount of over $2100. I decided to get a second diagnostic test at another place, and was told that the problem was totally different from what I was told at Alford Motors. I had it repaired at the other place, at a cost of under $400. That has me wondering; had I gotten the work done at Alford, would you-all have found the actual problem, repaired it, and then charge me the $2100, leading me to think that the other repair was done?

I really appreciate the courtesy from everyone, especially Vicky. They get you in and out and then explain the work and whatever else is needed. I'd like to thank the young man for bringing my truck up close to the door so I wouldn't have to walk so far when I left.

Service was performed just fine, but I was disappointed that oil residue was left on my hood, front bumper, and driver side door. I understand they did an oil change, but it would have take just a few seconds to clean up.

My recent purchases at Alford Motors were facilitated By Jason Karamales and the Alford Motors Support Staff, I purchased a new 2025 Denali 1500 Truck for Myself and a 2025 Acadia for my wife, I guess its not often customers purchase two vehicles at the same visit. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Alford motors - they are my "Hometown Dealership" for all my vehicle needs! Jason and the finance coordinator " Ms Kandi" made the purchase experience smooth, they were a pleasure to work with , i have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. Josh, Chris, and Kandi were an absolute pleasure to work with. I’d been trying to get a very specific truck for months from other dealerships around with nothing but excuses and games; Josh and Chris had me driving my new truck off the lot within a week of initial contact. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and polite. I never once felt pressured in to anything, never once felt obligated to spend more than I wanted. The entire transaction was straight to the point with no games while maintaining a very friendly and positive environment. By far the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Josh, Chris, and Kandi specifically deserve recognition (because that’s who I worked with), but every staff member there contributed to the amazing experience.

Friendly, helpful,courteous,and empathetic.

Everyone was great, a gentleman going to Alexandria gave me a ride to Toups so I could eat breakfast. Then Ms. Leah came and picked me up when I was finished eating and brought me back. The service was completed shortly after that.

I was in there to get my shocks replaced. They were replaced in November with GM parts so they are still under warranty. After having them replaced with GM parts again I was charged for labor. No help on getting my refund even tho GM policy clearly states it covers parts and labor. Also had my other vehicle in there for AC work. After a phone call saying it was ready we came to pick it up and the AC was still not working. A sensor was unplugged and it still needed freon.

I talked to Mr. Rougeau and told him I was having trouble with my car. He was out of town, and he still called the service department and had them pick up my car. The service was fast and friendly. I am so thankful, because I was dreading it being in the shop.

The process of purchasing a vehicle was extremely easy. The salesman I worked with was amazing and easy to work with.

Over the years I've come to the conclusion that having the dealership complete your service is safer and more thorough than alot of oil change places. I like it.

My car came back with a missing piece, as well as a new code popped up for the check engine light. My car also died and struggled to start again, after I sent it to the dealership with the same issue. I paid the 100 deductible for my car to not be fixed. Not happy and my car will not be going back.

My inspection sheet said that my wipers were good. I knew they needed to be changed, when I did change them(that day)both wiper were extremely bad off. Passenger side wiper was split.

Dustin was great ! He was nice, patient, and took the time to listen to us .
