The customer service is so friendly, fast, and professional.

I talked to Mr. Rougeau and told him I was having trouble with my car. He was out of town, and he still called the service department and had them pick up my car. The service was fast and friendly. I am so thankful, because I was dreading it being in the shop.

Over the years I've come to the conclusion that having the dealership complete your service is safer and more thorough than alot of oil change places. I like it.

The process of purchasing a vehicle was extremely easy. The salesman I worked with was amazing and easy to work with.

This is our fourth purchase with Alford Motors. They are very professional. Our salesman (Lou Moses) was very helpful in finding us exactly what we needed.

I was in there to get my shocks replaced. They were replaced in November with GM parts so they are still under warranty. After having them replaced with GM parts again I was charged for labor. No help on getting my refund even tho GM policy clearly states it covers parts and labor. Also had my other vehicle in there for AC work. After a phone call saying it was ready we came to pick it up and the AC was still not working. A sensor was unplugged and it still needed freon.

We felt very comfortable with the people in the dealership. We felt we were being taken care of and not rushed to make decisions. We are very pleased so far with our purchase. Will definitely recommend Alford Motors to others!

Friendly easy to deal with

Tire monitor indicator light was on. I was able to have my vehicle accessed immediately upon arrival. Two sensors were replaced within an hour and I was on my way.

The guys at the dealership went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. Even going out of state to pick up and deliver it to me. Jason and Wayne are great to work with and it was an awesome experience. I will definitely recommend Alford motors to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I had tires mounted and balanced with an alignment. All four of my rims were damaged in the process still pending a follow up on a resolution.

My wait time was in accordance with the work being done. The waiting area is comfortable and everyone in service was courteous and professional.

Once again the team Mr Whitney has is amazing quick and excellent. Mr Reese did everything for me once he took my truck. He informed me along the way and kept me up to speed on any other issues. My car came back with a missing piece, as well as a new code popped up for the check engine light. My car also died and struggled to start again, after I sent it to the dealership with the same issue. I paid the 100 deductible for my car to not be fixed. Not happy and my car will not be going back.

My inspection sheet said that my wipers were good. I knew they needed to be changed, when I did change them(that day)both wiper were extremely bad off. Passenger side wiper was split.

I was mildly upset that a replacement of a modulator that was supposed to take 20 minutes, actually took several hours. I sat there for an hour and a half before going back to the service area to question the length of service time when I was finally notified it was going to take several hours rather than 29 minutes. I had to go ask about the delay on my own.

Service/Parts team did a great job getting everything together for the lift modification to my truck. Truck came out looking great very happy with the outcome. Some minor issues like the TPMS will need to be recalibrated but this will be taken care of next service.

The service department once again was excellent. Mr Reese was quick and very courteous and professional. He got my truck squared away right away. I had a wonderful time at the dealership. I asked the sales manager if I could get a vehicle and he was very kind by letting me get one. He took me to the rental agent and told him to hook me up. The agent must have been having a bad day because he was quite rude to me and very unfriendly. I felt as if I was bothering him and he had more important things to do. He finally got me squared away and I left making my doctors appointment. Mr Reese had my truck done in no time. The maintenance guys were lightning quick. I was only at my appointment for 20 minutes and it was done. Man I was impressed. Told him I would be there as soon as my appointment ended, which I did. Returned the car to the ride and unfriendly rental guy (still was having a bad day I guess??) and went to the service department. I was extremely pleased with the service and maintenance guys and gals. Mr Whitney sure has a great group that is quick and very thorough. I thank everyone with one exception (guess) for being so quick and social. Love Alford’s motors. I even had the opportunity to speak with Mr Rand. The finance manager did as we asked and didn’t try to get us to go over budget. Candy (I think that’s her name) explained everything well while we were signing paperwork.

The team at Alford has always treated me great! I recently had a major, expensive repair, but they helped me out more than I could have imagined. They fixed my truck much faster than expected, provided a loaner car, and offered a military discount. They even gave me a blueberry donut! The only off-putting part of the experience was the 3% charge for using a credit card. Overall, it is still a fantastic shop with excellent customer service.

I made an appointment for my 2026 corvette for its 7500 mile maint on transmission fluid/filter replacement. I assumed my maint plan was universal for any GM dealer and to my findings it was not. I paid the bill, however, $1,300 for that service is ridiculous. If the service would have checked or asked me or verified before service was conducted i would not have lossed 1300 dollars. It was later discovered that the service plan was only for the dealer the vehicle was purchased from.

After spending over 2 thousand dollars to repair something’s in my vehicle. I would assume I would t have to worry about oil stains in my driveway from the technician not cleaning up after themselves. I have left over oil underneath I had to clean up. Oil/grease on my driver seat, steering wheel, inside the driver door and outside on both front and back doors. Never had this problem before at other dealerships.
