Very helpful and not rushing you on your purchase

Went well - considering we didn’t even really want a new truck. - just couldn’t wait any longer for repairs on my 2022. Salesman was friendly and expedited the sale quickly.

If you want the best service go to the best. If If you have the best why go to the rest? At Alford Motors i have the best.

Alford motors went above and beyond to get us the truck that we were looking for. The sales people are really nice especially Mona and Chris the sales manager.

I talked to Mr. Rougeau and told him I was having trouble with my car. He was out of town, and he still called the service department and had them pick up my car. The service was fast and friendly. I am so thankful, because I was dreading it being in the shop.

Got exactly what I wanted

My car came back with a missing piece, as well as a new code popped up for the check engine light. My car also died and struggled to start again, after I sent it to the dealership with the same issue. I paid the 100 deductible for my car to not be fixed. Not happy and my car will not be going back.

My inspection sheet said that my wipers were good. I knew they needed to be changed, when I did change them(that day)both wiper were extremely bad off. Passenger side wiper was split.

This was my first time to buy a vehicle without my husband. I was so very nervous at first. My salesman name is Jason, He listened, very polite. He made the whole experience great! I would buy again from him. Thank yall, so much for a excellent experience.

I was in there to get my shocks replaced. They were replaced in November with GM parts so they are still under warranty. After having them replaced with GM parts again I was charged for labor. No help on getting my refund even tho GM policy clearly states it covers parts and labor. Also had my other vehicle in there for AC work. After a phone call saying it was ready we came to pick it up and the AC was still not working. A sensor was unplugged and it still needed freon.

Good people to do business with

Alford motors never disappoints in getting my truck in and out with professionalism and quickness. The staff Mr Whitney has is superb and knowledgeable and extremely friendly and I wouldn’t want any other place working on my truck. They have never let me down. Mr Reese and Ms Vicky are always on top of everything. Always quick to holler when it’s done and even let me know if services are due which affects my great GMC truck. Thank you to the entire service staff at Alford motors.

Jennifer the service advisor was great. She got my Acadia in and out in a timely manner and kept me updated as I waited for the service to be completed.

Friendly employees

Everything the team does is excellent, but when I schedule an appointment I don’t expect to sit for a hour and half just for an oil change and tire rotation. Life is busy and things happen but that’s my only complaint

Friendly easy to deal with

Tire monitor indicator light was on. I was able to have my vehicle accessed immediately upon arrival. Two sensors were replaced within an hour and I was on my way.

Great customer service, service to my vehicle did take longer than expected but a driver was offered of if I needed.

Josh, Chris, and Kandi were an absolute pleasure to work with. I’d been trying to get a very specific truck for months from other dealerships around with nothing but excuses and games; Josh and Chris had me driving my new truck off the lot within a week of initial contact. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and polite. I never once felt pressured in to anything, never once felt obligated to spend more than I wanted. The entire transaction was straight to the point with no games while maintaining a very friendly and positive environment. By far the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Josh, Chris, and Kandi specifically deserve recognition (because that’s who I worked with), but every staff member there contributed to the amazing experience.

Work with us to get us in what we wanted

Service/Parts team did a great job getting everything together for the lift modification to my truck. Truck came out looking great very happy with the outcome. Some minor issues like the TPMS will need to be recalibrated but this will be taken care of next service.

I had tires mounted and balanced with an alignment. All four of my rims were damaged in the process still pending a follow up on a resolution.

After spending over 2 thousand dollars to repair something’s in my vehicle. I would assume I would t have to worry about oil stains in my driveway from the technician not cleaning up after themselves. I have left over oil underneath I had to clean up. Oil/grease on my driver seat, steering wheel, inside the driver door and outside on both front and back doors. Never had this problem before at other dealerships.

Quickly found and corrected my issue.

The service department once again was excellent. Mr Reese was quick and very courteous and professional. He got my truck squared away right away. I had a wonderful time at the dealership. I asked the sales manager if I could get a vehicle and he was very kind by letting me get one. He took me to the rental agent and told him to hook me up. The agent must have been having a bad day because he was quite rude to me and very unfriendly. I felt as if I was bothering him and he had more important things to do. He finally got me squared away and I left making my doctors appointment. Mr Reese had my truck done in no time. The maintenance guys were lightning quick. I was only at my appointment for 20 minutes and it was done. Man I was impressed. Told him I would be there as soon as my appointment ended, which I did. Returned the car to the ride and unfriendly rental guy (still was having a bad day I guess??) and went to the service department. I was extremely pleased with the service and maintenance guys and gals. Mr Whitney sure has a great group that is quick and very thorough. I thank everyone with one exception (guess) for being so quick and social. Love Alford’s motors. I even had the opportunity to speak with Mr Rand. I was mildly upset that a replacement of a modulator that was supposed to take 20 minutes, actually took several hours. I sat there for an hour and a half before going back to the service area to question the length of service time when I was finally notified it was going to take several hours rather than 29 minutes. I had to go ask about the delay on my own.

The team at Alford has always treated me great! I recently had a major, expensive repair, but they helped me out more than I could have imagined. They fixed my truck much faster than expected, provided a loaner car, and offered a military discount. They even gave me a blueberry donut! The only off-putting part of the experience was the 3% charge for using a credit card. Overall, it is still a fantastic shop with excellent customer service.
