Available in three trims including LT, RS, and ACTIV with a choice of front-wheel or all-wheel drive, it delivers practical everyday utility in a fresh, contemporary package. A single 175-horsepower turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine pairs with a new 8-speed automatic transmission on all configurations for 2027, replacing the former CVT on front-wheel-drive models. The new Autumn Harvest Metallic paint replaces the outgoing Cacti Green color option.

Every Equinox features a standard 11.3-inch touchscreen running Chevy's latest Google-based interface with Google Maps navigation and Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity alongside a standard 11.0-inch digital gauge cluster. Design & Styling
The Equinox's contemporary interior features a column-mounted shift lever freeing up center console storage space, fresh styling, and attractive materials throughout. Cargo volume reaches 30 cubic feet behind the rear seats and expands to a generous 64 cubic feet with the rear seats folded flat. Cloth upholstery is standard while faux leather is optional, with the top ACTIV trim receiving an upscale microfiber and vinyl combination.
